By accessing or using TrafficOS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

TrafficOS is a directory of internet-marketing traffic sources and related resources. We publish listings, allow submissions and claims, and provide tools for browsing and managing directory content.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or available, and we are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the directory.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting or claiming a listing. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use account features that involve submissions, claims, or dashboard access.

When you submit or claim a listing, you grant TrafficOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and promote that listing content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.

We may approve, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including for spam, fraud, inaccurate information, or policy violations.

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, engage in fraud, scrape the directory in a way that impairs performance or violates these terms, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading or illegal content.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

TrafficOS branding, design, software, and original directory compilation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.

Listing owners retain ownership of their own marks and site content, subject to the license granted above.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not endorse third-party services listed in the directory and are not liable for your dealings with those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficOS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your listings, or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to applicable consumer protections.

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
