Support
How browsing, claiming, membership, ratings, and badges work. If you don't find your answer here, reach us directly.
support@trafficos.proGetting started
Browsing the directory and finding the right traffic source.
TrafficOS lists traffic exchanges, safelists, mailers, PTC sites, and other internet-marketing traffic sources. Everything is browsable without an account. Member accounts, submissions, and listing claims are opening soon — email support@trafficos.pro if you need help in the meantime.
Submitting a listing
Adding a site that isn't in the directory yet.
Anyone will be able to submit a site for review from the Submit page once submissions open. For now, email support@trafficos.pro if you know a site that belongs in the directory.
Claiming & domain verification
Taking ownership of an existing listing to manage it.
Claiming will link a listing to your account so you can edit its details, see click analytics, and access badges. Claiming is free and separate from Verified/Featured tier — it only proves ownership. Listing claims are opening soon.
When claims open, ownership will be proven by demonstrating control of the listing's domain: adding a DNS TXT record, a meta tag, or a file at a specific path.
Membership & listing plans
Free, Verified, and Featured — what each unlocks.
Two separate things carry the word “plan” here: your account plan (Free, Member, Site Owner) controls dashboard features like analytics and favorites. A listing's tier (Free, Verified, Featured) controls trust badges and sort placement for that specific listing. Full pricing is on the Pricing page.
Ratings & reviews
How member ratings work and who can leave them.
Any signed-in member can rate a listing once. The average and count shown on a listing update immediately and are what the “Member rating” embeddable badge displays.
Reporting a dead link
Flagging a listing whose site is down or closed.
The “Report dead link” button on any listing page sends a note to admins. A listing isn't removed automatically from a single report — it's reviewed alongside the site's own crawl data before its status changes.
Badges & embeds
Free trust badges you can add to your own site — what they are, how to install one, and how they're tracked.
A badge is a small graphic — a “Verified on TrafficOS” mark, a live member rating, or an “Online since 2011” stamp — that you place on your own site. It links back to your listing here. It's free, optional, available to any claimed listing, and never affects your tier, ranking, or placement: displaying one is purely your choice, not something traded for benefits.
Badges exist for two reasons: they give your visitors a quick, independently-verifiable credibility signal, and they send us a little traffic back — which is also why we show you exactly how much.
